ORIGINAL FRAMED Watercolour painting titled CHEER by Fran Hyslop in Val-des-Bois, Quebec for sale

This is a lovely watercolor painted by an artist from St. Clair Michigan named Frances Hyslop. I have some documentation on the artist (if you are interested in in them). This is an ORIGINAL painting, it is not a reproduction.
Total size of the piece is apx. 15"x25" and the size of the painting itself is apx. 10"x20"
The title of the piece is CHEER and is a painting of a pitcher of juice with a blue curtain in the background and another pitcher with chinese lantern flowers in it. This painting caught my eye on account of the chinese lanterns.
We are selling this painting because we are redecorating and the room it no longer suits the room it used to be in.
The painting is framed with a metal silver trim and a double grey toned mat. There is NO GLASS on the front.
